What it changes

  1. Page 1, line 14, after “government” by inserting “or to taxes imposed upon incomes exceeding one million dollars”
  2. Page 1, line 15, by striking “Passage” and inserting “Except as otherwise provided, passage”
  3. By striking page 1, line 29, through page 2, line 1, and inserting: “Sec. ___. REFERRAL AND PUBLICATION. The foregoing proposed amendment to the Constitution of the State of Iowa is referred to the general assembly to be chosen at the next general election for members of the general assembly, and shall be published as provided by law for three months previous to the date of that election.”
  4. By renumbering as necessary.
