Died at end of session The General Assembly adjourned on May 3, 2026. Bills that didn’t pass both chambers died. What’s a funnel?
What’s in it
This bill changes the disclosure report due dates for candidates for statewide office, the general assembly, or county office, and, by operation of law, state and county statutory political committees and other political committees, to days after the end of each calendar quarter of an election year, beginning with the first calendar quarter of the calendar year in which a contribution is accepted or an expenditure is made. However, the report for the calendar quarter ending December shall be filed not later than January of the following calendar year.
